
The perfect drink for the perfect dish
Do you love cooking and entertaining, but you’re never sure what drink is best suited to certain dishes? We know how you feel – it can be pretty confusing, as there’s just so much choice!
Here at Fragata, we’d like to make it a little easier for you by giving you a nudge in the right direction, so hopefully when you are cooking one of our recipes, you won’t be stuck for too long in the supermarket wondering which bottle to choose!
We’ve spoken to the lovely people at Hidalgo who are a long established bodega (Spanish for winery) based in the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain, and they’ve suggested several of their sherry ranges as the perfect accompaniment to our recipes.
Combining Fragata’s olives with a glass of Hidalgo sherry will just go that extra step to help you recreate the flavours of Spain in your own home.
Here’s what we recommend at the perfect accompaniment to our dishes:
