We’re going Greek!

We’ve got some rather exciting news to bring to you today in the form of three new Fragata products!

This time, rather than creating something with our very own Spanish olives, we’ve packed our suitcase, taken a trip across the continent and arrived in the Greek olive groves.

That’s right, here at Fragata we’ve expanded our range to include three tasty new olive products from two popular holiday destinations in Greece: Halkidiki and Kalamata.

So without further ado, we’d like to introduce the extremely delicious (or “nostimos”!) results…

First up: our new pitted Halkidiki and Kalamata Olives with Rosemary, Garlic and Chilli – they’re certain to spice up a variety of savoury dishes. These olives make the perfect addition to fish, chicken and pasta recipes, or when they’re sprinkled on a Springtime salad.

We’re sure you’ll agree that any good Grecian recipe needs a healthy dose of good quality olives, and our exclusive pitted Halkidiki and Kalamata Olives with Sundried Tomato, Peppers and Garlic don’t disappoint. Add sliced or whole to lamb dishes, a simple Greek salad or include in a traditional Meze platter – they’re so tasty!

If you’re looking for something less spicy, why not try the hugely versatile Halkidiki Olives with Lemon and Garlic? These perfectly complement tasty chicken skewers or halloumi-based dishes, so the less adventurous diners out there can still enjoy Fragata’s Greek-style olives.

All three of our new products are ideal for parties and BBQs (when the weather warms up!), as appetisers or as the highlight of a Greek Meze evening. They’re also a kitchen cupboard essential for those dark and drizzly evenings when you need to introduce a bit of sunshine into your mealtimes!
