Ingredients

1 Fragata pouch marinated stoneless olives

1 mozzarella ball

2 large tomatoes, roughly chopped

100g cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 tbsp extra virgin oil

1/2 balsamic glaze

A few basil leaves

Method

1.

Chop the tomatoes

Add the tomatoes, olives

3.

Tear the mozzarella and add to the tomatoes and olives

4.

Add the torn basil leaves, season well and drizzle the oil and balsamic glaze.
