Fragata Hojiblanca Black Olives are brought to life when marinated in a jar with Fragata Hot Peppers Guindillas, garlic, orange peel, thyme and olive oil.
- 250g Fragata Stoneless Hojiblanca Black Olives
- 8 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Fragata Hot Peppers Guindillas sliced
- 250ml good quality olive oil
- Slivers of orange peel from 1 orange
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Store in an airtight jar and use as necessary.
