Chilli, Thyme and Orange Olives

Fragata Hojiblanca Black Olives are brought to life when marinated in a jar with Fragata Hot Peppers Guindillas, garlic, orange peel, thyme and olive oil.


  • 250g Fragata Stoneless Hojiblanca Black Olives
  • 8 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Fragata Hot Peppers Guindillas sliced
  • 250ml good quality olive oil
  • Slivers of orange peel from 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight jar and use as necessary.
