Gin Marinated Olives

Gin marinated olives are the life of the party. Delicious served with cheese or served in a cheeky martini.


  • 250g Fragata Stoneless Hojiblanca Green Olives
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 250ml gin
  • 250ml good quality olive oil
  • Slivers of lemon peel from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Store in an air tight jar and use as necessary. These are great served on a festive cheese board or in a cheeky martini.
